Welcome to Reflector Systems
reFlector is a performance management system that has been specifically designed
to provide all users of performance data in large organisations with easy access
to the information they need to manage their part of the business.
Through its many design features, users can quickly navigate to the performance
measures (including organisational KPIs) and performance information that are important
to them, get the data they require, then make whatever decisions are needed.
Users can also see how their performance measures relate to or impact on organisational
goals by clicking through the KPI Browser.
All users can also set up their own My Favourites folder to enable them even quicker
access to their data, and design their own reports for regular printed reporting
needs.
Reports can be published to Windows or Web documents.

What's Up Lately
January 2008: The complete rebuild (v4) of reflector is nearing its initial
release. As well as many new features and improvements in functionality, the
new application will be even faster, easier to maintain, and to deploy.
